The one thing that was hindering most of you from participating has now been relaxed....so why wait? Just grab your camera and come along tomorrow... This might be your last opportunity to visit the tradition of Kumartuli...because from the next year Kumartuli is supposed to get a whole new & modernized look...

So don't loose this chance to bind the heritage in your frames.

And one more surprisingly striking fact....no other girls apart from me have registered....why is this? Where is the girl power? Girls....show up!

Shift in Timing.

Sorry for having made a change at the very end... but i am sure this change will not make anyone grudge. instead it will add to the benefit of the group.

While many of the existing members wished that the time had been pushed a bit, others were sure they couldnt make it due to the timing.

So to incorporate more members and for the convenience of all, the time of meeting has been shifted from 0530 hrs to 0730 hrs... means 07:30 am. 

Please bring an extra sum of Rs. 25.00 /- for acquiring the permission to photoshoot at kumartuli. This sum goes to their organisation that takes care of the health of the artisans.
